Contributions to ARKLEGENDS are payment for virtual perks or items. All items are virtual and have no value. The transaction is final and no refunds will be given. Purcahsed items lost in natural events in-game will not be replaced.

If you are banned for breaking the rules on ARKLEGENDS, you will not be refunded. Bans are subject to the full discretion of the server admins.

If you purchased a subscription but stopped playing and forgot to cancel and it renewed for a second month, please contact us via Discord. If you contact us within 3 days of the charge, we will show you how to cancel the subscription and send a refund.
